Guide Dogs of America

Every year the Guide Dogs of America have a Fun Run/Walk to benefit the dogs: to train them and place them with the people who need them the most.

My girl scout troop has been invited for 4 years to help with this cause, and the girls have a great time! They love to see the dogs too!

They count down to the start of the race. Here is the starter pistol.........

Once the runners come through the shoot across the finish line the girls hand out participation ribbons and water bottles.

After all was said and done, one last group shot with all the volunteers........ thanks to Jackie at Boeing Everett!!!
